Dear Al & Santoro's Employees:

We wish to thank you for making our parents' retirement dinner such a success. The food was outstanding and the service just as good. Many of our guests are in food service business and rated your dinner as #1. We appreciate your contribution to the dinner in your special efforts to make everyone happy (not always an easy task). The waitresses were very helpful and helped us with the finishing touched.

Many thanks to all of you,
The Hinchion Family

Deanna,

Thank you for the excellent food for my mother-in-law bereavement dinner, you made a hard time so easy. Food was hot & delicious. We'll be using you in the future, hopefully for a happier occasion. Again, thank you.

Dear Jim,

Many thanks to you and your waitresses/assistants for helping to make the St. Joseph's Women's Club Communion Supper a great success. I and the President have received so many compliments on the food and service. The catering service is always so critical to a function of this sort. The food was great and the service professional. I know you went that "extra mile" to make everything so nice.

The head of the maintenance crew at St. Joe's called our President to say that he went in the next morning, expecting to find the kitchen in shambles, which is sometimes typical with some caterers. Instead, he found you left everything spotless -- so more compliments for you.

Many attendees made it a point to stop and ask who our caterer was, and, I hope, these inquiries will lead to opportunities for you.

Again, thanks.

Sincerely,
Jean Couture

Dear Santoro's,

I am writing to tell you how extremely pleased we were with your meal and delivery on August 17th for a small celebration. Everything was just perfect! It was a gathering of 30 people so I ordered the meal for 40. Thinking that might not be enough (foolish me!) I ordered an extra 1/2 pan of vegetable lasagna. That was most delicious, by the way. Anyway, as you probably know, there was a "ton" of food left over! We had potato salad, cold slaw, a huge and scrumptious antipasto (my favorite). Then we had 2 platters of cold meats and cheese, rolls to feed an army, and two large pans of chicken parm! My only complaint would be that I ordered too much! I am having another small party in December and will be sure to order from you again on a much smaller scale! Thank you so much for helping make our celebration extra special!

Sincerely,
Jane Harris

Dear Al,

On October 25, 1986 my family sponsored our "Annual Family Reunion" for the original children and their (still growing) families of my grandparents from Naples, Italy.

Italian people are very difficult to impress, with other than their own cooking, but the reviews I am still receiving on your preparation and serving of the lovely buffet impressed all who attended.

For years we have tried various caterers and I feel we have stopped tasting others because yours was superior in both quality and quantity.

Your staff was courteous and receptive to everyone's needs during the evening and they did an excellent job. We want to thank all of them for being so receptive.

Again thank you and be assured that you will hear from us again.

Sincerely,

Dear Jimmy and Staff:

We wish to express our sincere thanks for the exemplary service and excellent food you provided for our reunion. All of your efforts were above and beyond our most optimistic expectations.

We have already received dozens of letters expressing appreciation for a great reunion and virtually all made mention of the first class food; both its quality and abundance.

We on the committee still marvel as your flawless performance in serving over 400 guests at each of our last two reunions.

Sincerely,

Dear Melissa,

We had too much to say that it would simply not fit onto a small thank you card,

Melissa, people usually say "there is no such thing as perfect" well, we are here to say "yes there is" and it is Melissa & Santoro's. We wish to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your catering, the food, your staff and all the special little details you added personally to provide me and Tom with the most perfect wedding day Nov 1st. Every one of my guests thanked me for inviting them to our wedding. One couple stated "thank you Annie, your wedding was like a gift to us." The food was incredible; the staff was so gracious and accommodating especially to those who were hand-capped. Tom and I were so delighted to see the staff come out and dance and enjoy themselves too. We felt you and your staff were just part of our wedding. Please relate to all of them, how much we enjoyed having them there and what a big part they played in our perfect day. Your family must be very proud of you Melissa, you are the best! Thank you for everything!

Love,
Annie & Tom Kidwell

Dear Jimmy;

On behalf of the Retired Men's Club of Arlington, we want to thank you and your staff for providing the Golf League Banquet with an outstanding catered meal at the Crystal Community Club on Sunday, November 7, 2004. The food was excellent, the table settings attractive and the service was impeccable.

We have received a steady stream of compliments from our members. We thought that we should pass their compliments to you and your staff.

We also want to point out that your daughter, Melissa, is truly a professional caterer and represented the Tecce Family very well. Please thank her for us.

Again, thank you for being a very large part  of an enjoyable evening. We look forward to continuing a long and mutually enjoyable relationship with Santoro's of Peabody.

Sincerely,
