Q: How many days in advance do I need to place a catering order?
A: We appreciate 3 to 5 days in advance depending on the size of the order and availability. If you would need the the order delivered we would appreciate a weeks notice. If it is a full service event that includes waitstaff that is based on availability. If you need to place an order in less time than what is recommend please call and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: We do deliver for catering orders only and there is a fee based on distance, amount of food and if you would need our staff to set up the event for you.
Q: When placing an order off your catering menu does it include anything?
A: The only time condiments, equipment or table ware is included is if it is stated with a package. Other wise there is an extra charge for any additional items. ex: mustard, mayonnaise, butter, bread, grated cheese etc.
Q: What kind of payment do you except
A: We except cash, certified bank check, business check, or all major credit cards. We do not except personal checks.
Q: Do you rent chaffing dishes?
A: Chaffing dishes are what keeps the hot entrees warm. Yes we do rent them for a $8.00 rental fee and a $35.00 deposit on each chaffing dish. The rental fee includes the metal wrack, metal pan for the water and two cans of sterno which last approx. 2 hours. You will get the deposit back when they are returned in the same manor it was paid. Ex. cash, credit or check.
Q: Do you have staff that can stay and serve the food?
A: We do have waitstaff at a first come first serve basis. The cost is $250.00 per staff member for 4 hours including the time that is needed to set your event up. There is a minimum of one staff member for every 50 guests and a $1,000.00 minimum purchase required.
Q: Is there parking for your establishment?
A: There is street parking on Main Street and Park Street which is the street that separates our building from Walgreens. There is also a parking lot located behind our building.
Q: How much notice do I need to give you to cancel my order?
A: We require 48 hours notice to cancel a catering order. If it is a full service event and a deposit is taken and you would like to cancel your event the deposit will not be refunded.
Santoro’s catered my husbands surprise party this weekend and as usual, the food and service was top notch. I got so many compliments on the food and barely had any leftovers for myself! Thanks again guys, you always knock it out of the park!
AMAZING!!! Santoro’s food was absolutely excellent for our small family wedding. Everyone raved about the delicious selections and kept going back for more! Every time I called to order the food ~ and afterward with detailed questions they helped me right on the spot without transferring or holding, believe me with a million things to do Santoro’s was a relief in every way.
